He is an anointed preacher. I think that we are not always aware of clothing when we wear it. Designs look good to us, but I also believe that signs on clothing are a symbol of something possibly demonic, but because it’s a design etched on clothing and everyone is wearing something similar, then even christians feel it’s alright. Have you read the book of Ezra? It is amazing how much of a contrast i see in that book with our lives today. Yo made a good point.

I may be wrong but, I believe that a man of God should not wear certain clothes with certain symbols. It looks diabolical or even sexual. We are people of God we should be very careful what we were. God Bless

Church is supposed to be a place of praise but also a place of study, teaching, learning, and prayer. Jesus went to the synagogue learned, taught, and debated but you have made it all about money. When Jesus came into the Synagogue and seen that the people had made it all about money he kicked those people out of the sacred place read it for yourself.
    Matthew 21:12-13

  13. geniusmovement Says:

Jesus went straight to the Temple and threw out everyone who had set up shop, buying and selling. He kicked over the tables of loan sharks and the stalls of dove merchants. He quoted this text:
    My house was designated a house of prayer;
You have made it a hangout for thieves. Now there was room for the blind and crippled to get in. They came to Jesus and he healed them.

    part 4@geniusrxn,

You typed: “Unfortunately, it seems more morally wrong when the leaders of the church does something “nasty”,”

It IS MORE MORALLY WRONG when leaders do something NASTY, because 1 Tim 3 & Titus 1:6-9 gives a HIGHER standard for elders. & James 3:1 says that God holds elders to a STRICTER judgment, because to whom much is given much is required. Yet so-called Christians today require very little & lower the standard. They follow perverts, as long as they preach good.

  16. FaithandReasons Says:

    part 3@geniusrxn,

You typed: “but I thought we all sinned daily?”

The Bible does not say that we all practice sin daily. Romans 3:23 says that all have SINNED (PAST TENSE). Those who abide in God do not practice sin, but practice righteousness, & those who practice sin are of the devil (1 John 3:7-8).

Those who practice sin daily have no right to judge/correct anyone else, because they have a beam in their own eye. But those who abide in God can judge/correct others (Matt 7:1-5).

    part 2 @geniusrxn

People who commit adultery have been practicing sin & walking in lust for a length of time. Adultery is requires planning & premeditation. It is not a “mistake.”

1 Timothy 3 & Titus 1:6-9 says that God requires elders to be faithful to ONE wife, & Jamal has clearly violated this. How does anyone benefit from lowering God’s standard for elders? & why do you feel comfortable compromising God’s Word?

  18. FaithandReasons Says:

    Hello geniusrxn,

You typed “Yes, he may have made some mistakes,”

Committing adultery with a woman in the congregation & getting her pregnant is not a “mistake.” A mistake is defined as aiming to do what is right, yet making an error due to a miscalculation or misunderstanding. The Word of God defines adultery as fornication, harlotry, whoredom, & rebellion. People who are practicing righteousness do not wake up one day & decide to commit adultery. That is not a sin that happens overnite.

    part 3 (visionimpaired)

1 Chronicles 16:22 & Psalm 105:15speak against the physical harm/murder of God’s anointed (the saints). David was not saying that we should not speak against sin, false teachings, false traditions, false prophets, etc. David himself spoke against sin, & he received rebuke from the prophet Nathan, he didn’t say “Nathan, touch not mine anointed!” Peter received correction from Paul, he didn’t say “touch not mine anointed!!”–use Scripture IN CONTEXT.

    Take care

  20. FaithandReasons Says:

    part 2 (visionimpaired)

Go to your Strong’s Concordance & look up the definition of “touch” in 1 Chronicles 16:22 & Psalm 105:15. It does not mean to “touch a person with your tongue by the words you speak.” Please do not redefine God’s Word to make it say what you want, in order to defend your favorite preachers. The Scriptures warn us against ADDING to God’s Word & TWISTING it.

  21. FaithandReasons Says:

    Hello vision,

The Scripture “touch not mine anointed” comes from 1 Chronicles 16:22 & Psalm 105:15. You took this passage OUT of context.

This passage is part of a thanksgiving Psalm written by David after a war against the Philistines, he recaptured the ark of the Covenant. David was rejoicing in God’s Divine protection of Israel as they traveled from kingdom to kingdom. The Hebrew term “na’ga” translated as “touch” in this passage means to PHYSICALLY HARM OR KILL.

  22. geniusmovement Says:

Like I’ve said before. I challenge any one to prove this kind of pimping in the pulpit in the book of scriptures. I’ll challenge anyone to debate me on the facts. Don’t bring me your emotions just bring facts

  23. str8talker316 Says:

Please people instead of slangin words and misusing scripture can u all agree 2 start praying and ask God to give you a true meaning of his word. And let his word be true not our emotions.

  24. howardmcmillan Says:

yea…uummm to mis ying yang or watever it is…. if u were headed to the local grocery store and you’re not dressed up but u saw someone walking and the Holy Spirit told u to witness to them what would you do? go home and change clothes?….

  25. ppretty24 Says:

TO: MsY1ngYang098 BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE ENEMY USE PEOPLE IMAGES TO DISTRACT AWAY FROM GOD’S WORDS. ITS NOT ABOUT HIS CLOTHES, ITS ABOUT WHAT GOD IS SAYING TO US. WE ALL KNOW HE CAN DRESS BUT IF WE LOOK AT HIS CLOTHES AND WORRY ABOUT WHAT HE GOT ON, WE DONT SEE GOD. THIS IS A MAN OF GOD, WHATEVER HE WEARS WE SHOULD SEE GOD IN HIM
