Because these greedy politicians are there for amassing the wealth
at the expense of common men and one can have pity on fools
who elect such corrupt and greedy politicians who openly quarrel
for plum ministries.

Hope that those fools will realise their mistake and shun their slave
mindset next time.

If political parties are told that at the end of the term of 5 years, the assets, including cash balances of their MPs/MLAs should be "0", a big "0", will any political party clamour or blackmail for ministry posts leave along aspiring to become an MP?
So, ministry posts are money-multiplier schemes or money-multiplying schemes, so that political parties like DMK can throw a few notes at voters to get votes to multiply money.

it is sharing the spoils,no one is intrested in the welfarer of the common man. The common man himself is not feeling concerned as he does not come forward to vote at the crucial moment. The contesting elections has become an business activity,so the political parties are trying to get maximum for.It is good that indian people have started thinking as one natiom.

Because every political party contest in elections for power and money, no one contest in elections to serve the countries. Thus they want powerful portfolios.
