MoM did an acoustic version of this song in which they changed the lyric from “Today I met a man whose name was Albus.” to “Today I met a man whose name was Hagrid”. It’s on their Acoustiatus album. They also changed a line in “Accio Love” from “If Hermione knew the Patronus charm” to “SINCE Hermione knows the Patronus charm”. I think the first was a weird error and maybe they were making about Harry and Voldemort… and the second was because they forgot that “little” detail…

yeah, this is what happened to Tom Riddle, not Harry Potter. Harry Potter was told about Hogwarts by Rubeus Hagrid.

My dad used to read my brother and I the Harry Potter books when we were really little. So while we were growing up, it was basically, “Look, another HP book is coming out.” It was something that I figured would just keep on happening. And then, it ended. *cries*

i love this video, but i hope the ministry of magic knows that rubeus told harry about hogwarts, not albus. other than that i love this song and video.
